I love how customizable the rolls are on cinnaholic. Like, picking your frosting and toppings is the fun part, the fun part. There are so many options that everyone in my house ended up choosing something totally different. Ordering was easy, too, and my combo came out exactly how I wanted it. Super happy with it, super happy.

I keep giving them another chance and feel kind of stupid for trusting them at this point. Some locations are actually really good, but others mess up the toppings or the rolls like it’s a totally different place. I just wish it was more consistent.

The box was really cute and the rolls looked like they were meant to arrive all picture-perfect, but somewhere during delivery things got suspiciously chaotic. Frosting was stuck to the lid and sides like it had tried to escape, and I’m not saying the packaging and the delivery bumps were working together against me… but the evidence was there. They still looked tasty, just not as neat as I was expecting. A little stronger packaging would probably solve the whole case.

I do like the rewards, they’re nice and actually help when I order. The promos are useful too, especially on days when I’m already planning to grab something. I just wish there were more more deals available.

My first impression of ordering through cinnaholic.com was really good. The site was simple to use, even on my phone, and I didn’t have to hunt around to pick my rolls or add toppings. Checkout was quick too, which I always appreciate.

I stopped by cinnaholic it was really easy to find. I was expecting parking to be kind of annoying, actually, no, it was super close, which made the whole thing way easier. I didn’t have to circle around or waste time, so it ended up being a nice little spot for a quick cinnamon roll run.

The staff was really nice and got my order issue sorted out in maybe a few minutes or so. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it had been just a bit faster, but overall it was a good experience

I really wanted to like this because the idea is fun and the flavors were decent, but the portion size threw me off. For the price, I expected the roll to be bigger or at least leave me feeling full, and instead I had that annoying feeling like I might’ve been fooled by the photos or description.
It looked nice when I opened the box, so at first I thought it would be fine, but once I started eating it just didn’t feel like enough. Maybe it depends on the location, but mine felt small enough that I probably wouldn’t order it again anytime soon.

The food was good once we finally got it, but the poor communication and slow service definitely took the fun out of it. I probably wouldn’t come back if I was in any kind of hurry.

The frosting tasted kind of weird to me , so it wasn’t really my favorite .

I tried the pumpkin roll the other day because I was already in the mood for something fall-ish after running errands, and it was super good. Definitely planning to order it again soon.

The food tasted fine once we had everything, but the whole catering setup just felt a bit unorganized and more hassle than I was hoping for

I really do like Cinnaholic, but this was frustrating. I tried ordering a specialty roll and a few toppings, and once again, a bunch of the stuff I wanted was out of stock. The site gets you all excited picking everything out, then you end up having to change half your order. The food is good when they actually have what you want, but the availability is a problem. I kind of wish I had read the reviews first so I knew this was something that happens a lot.
